Data Recovery Service Retirement [31.07....
As of 31st July 2020, Salesforce has retired the Data Recovery Service1 and it is no longer available as a service.Reason for the change:The process used to take 6 � 8 weeks for the requested service and success rate used to be less than 100% (in couple of cases). Salesforce believes in high standards for customer experience and due to the length of time and reliability of the process not meeting requisite expectations of customers, the service would not be offered after 31st July 2020.Standard/Configurable Options for Customers:Data Export Service: Manual or scheduled exports of your data via the UI. Export Backup Data from Salesforce2.Data Loader: Manual on-demand exports of your data via the API. Export Data3.Report Export: Manual on-demand exports of your data via reports. Export a Report4.Note:For Premier Customers, the following Accelerator is also available: How to: Platform: Backup and Manage Salesforce Data5.You can refer to the available third-party options in AppExchange6.
